Wireless Configuration with WPA for Mac OS X

Follow these instructions to configure your laptop for use on the SCSU wireless network via WPA (Wireless Protected Access.)
Requirements
In order to configure for and use wireless services provided by SCSU, you must:
- Be on campus at SCSU
- Be a current student, faculty, or staff member at SCSU
- Have a valid HuskyNetID and password
- Mac OS X 10.3 or 10.4 with most recent Software Updates.
- Have installed and configured an Airport wireless network card or have Airport capabilities built-in to your computer.
Configuration Instructions
Follow the instructions below to configure your laptop to connect to the HuskyNet Wireless network via WPA.
- Click on the AirPort menu and select HuskyNet
Wireless WPA.
- A window should open prompting for a User Name and Password. Enter your
HuskyNetID and password
You will need to follow these instructions each time you connect to the HuskyNet Wireless WPA network.
