If you use one of the following applications, you will need to activate your StarID . You will need to access these applications with your StarID instead of your SCSU ID (also call Tech ID).

StarID is a username and password that will be used across the Minnesota State Colleges and Universities system to access central information technology systems and services. As more and more MnSCU IT systems are modified to use the StarID, the future use of StarID will reduce the number of usernames and passwords that students and employees will need to remember.
