support center for students, faculty and staff. Staff members answer how-to
and troubleshooting questions and provide computing and technical assistance. ResNet supportResNet provides assistance to students living
in the Residence Halls who connect to the campus network and the Internet
through the Residential Hall Network. Center for Information Systems administrative supportThe administrative support group assists employees in administrative offices
with issues including installation of new computer hardware and software,
and hardware and software problems. College techniciansFaculty and staff can contact their
department chair or supervisor for information about technical support staff
in SCSU’s buildings and academic colleges. Training opportunitiesIn addition to support, SCSU also
