Did you know? As a faculty member, staff, or student you have access to:

• A wide variety of FREE training sessions and workshops
• Access to eLearning modules and other resource guides through our Training Hub and/or Microsoft IT Academy
• Training office hours to get help on any topic you need - Academic Year only. Email/call for 1-1 sessions in summer.

Do you need a customized session?

We do one-on-one specialized trainings or will lead your class in a technology training session!

To request a session, email training@stcloudstate.edu.

1-on-1: Provide us a list of your needs, wants, and struggles. The technology training coordinator will be in contact with you to discuss how ITS staff can help!

Class sessions: Provide us with the name of the software that your students need to be taught; if you don't know, that's okay too. Provide us a brief description of the assignment and yoru expectations of the students. We will work with you to finalize the details. Please request these sessions as soon in advance as possible to provide the best scheduling options.
