Open outlook and create a new
mail message. (Click on New and then choose Mail
Message)
Click
the paper clip (Attach File)
Choose
the file to be uploaded.
Click insert.
You will see that the file name of the attachment(s) now shows in the Attached
field.
Using Outlook Web Access (OWA)
Go to the
HuskyNet home page and
click Check E-mail. Log in using your HuskyNetID and password.
Outlook Web Access will open in your browser.
In the toolbar above the To line
is a paper clip button. Click on the paper clip. A
new page will appear.
Click on the Browse button
and find the file you wish to attach to the message. Browse to your file
and click Open.
After the file has
been selected, click Attach in order for
it to show up in the Current file attachments list. After attaching your
file(s), you can either click Send to immediately send
the message, or you can click Go back to Message to go
back and edit the message.
If you
chose to go back to edit the message, you should see the attachment(s)
listed above the message.
Instructions for Entourage (for Mac OS X):
Start
a new message using the New button in the toolbar.
Click
on the paper clip button to add an attachment.
Once you have selected the file(s) they will show up in the Attachments area.
