Problem: I'm a student and I can't connect.

Verify your exchange server is set to exchangec1.campus.stcloudstate.edu as shown below.

Problem: I keep getting prompted for my username and password:

You must use the format stcloudstate\HuskyNetID for your username.

Problem: I enter my username and password and I get this message


Verify your computer is connected to the internet. Make sure you have entered the correct name with no spelling errors for the Microsoft Exchange Server. Faculty and staff enter exchange.campus.stcloudstate.edu and students enter exchangec1.campus.stcloudstate.edu.
