The HelpDesk in the Miller Center is here to answer your technology questions

Located in the Miller Center, room B43, the HelpDesk is the technology support center for St. Cloud State University students, faculty and staff.
HelpDesk consultants are trained and ready to assist you with your technology needs, whether you’re in a campus lab or office or using your own computer in a residence hall or off campus. They help computer users of all levels, from beginner to advanced.
Contact the HelpDesk whenever you have a technology-related question, need help troubleshooting a problem or want to check on the status of any HuskyNet service.
Some of the areas HelpDesk can assist you:
- Activating your HuskyNetID (username)
- Configuring your laptop for HuskyNet Wireless
- Using and managing your SCSU e-mail and File/Web Space
- Learning how to use a computer or storage device
- Installing Symantec AntiVirus software
- Removing spyware and viruses from your laptop
- Using and troubleshooting software
- Recovering lost or corrupted files
