Audit Messages Group
Report uncaught spam by joining the Audit Messaging Group.
After signing up, you will need to log in to the SCSU Spam Solution. Now, you should see an Audit Messages folder below your Quarantine folder. If you sign up, a copy of your e-mail for the past week that has NOT been classified as spam will be kept in this folder. If a spam message reached your mailbox, you will be able to go into this folder and report that message as spam.
Clicking on the Report Spam link will automatically bundle all the needed information and send it to the appropriate people to update SCSU’s spam filter definition.
