Your ResNet connection is part of your housing fees, so you don’t pay any additional cost for connecting to ResNet. However, to receive technical support and installation assistance, your computer should meet or exceed these minimum requirements.
General Requirements:
• Ethernet (wired) or Wi-Fi (wireless) adapter
• Current Web browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox,
Safari, etc.)
• Activated
HuskyNetID and password
Windows PCs:
• Windows XP Service Pack 2 or Windows Vista
Macintosh:
• Mac OS X version 10.3 or greater
If your computer does not meet these requirements, you might still be able to connect to ResNet, but our staff might not be able to provide you with technical support.
