CallPilot Desktop Messaging Overview

CallPilot Desktop Messaging works with Microsoft Outlook to provide a single graphical interface for your CallPilot voice messages, as well as your e-mail messages. You can access all of your correspondence from the Microsoft Outlook interface on your Windows-based PC.

CallPilot Features

CallPilot Desktop Messaging lets you use Microsoft Outlook to:

  • Listen to, record, and send voice messages.
  • Forward and reply to voice messages.
  • Change your CallPilot mailbox password.

You can create voice-only or text-only messages, but you can also create and work with messages that include any combination of voice and text.

You can play and record voice messages from a PC equipped with a pair of speakers and a microphone, or from a telephone.
