Voice Mail

Voice mail is available to faculty, staff and residence hall students at no cost.

Upcoming Change- Effective October 1, 2009

  • The minimum length of the voicemail password will be increased from 6 to 8 digits (numbers only).
  • Voicemail passwords will continue to expire every 180 days.

To reset your password:

XXXX refers to the last four digits of your phone number

  1. Dial 85577 or press MESSAGE key if you have one on your phone
    (Hear: System Greeting)
  2. Enter: 8 + XXXX + #
  3. Enter your password when prompted + #
  4. Press 84
  5. Enter current password (same as used in step 3 above)
  6. Enter new password + #
  7. Enter new password + # (confirms change)

If you would like to request voice mail, please e-mail the Telephone Coordinator at jlokland@stcloudstate.edu. Please include your name, phone number and department.

Residence Hall Students

Residence Hall students should contact Residential Life regarding voice mail services.
